KalimNews, Kalimpong, 1 December 21: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

1 Death:

Death of 1 in Darjeeling is recorded during the last 24 hours.

8 in Darjeeling:

During the last 24 hours 8 new cases, 23 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 8 new cases, and till today there are 57,941 confirmed cases of which 57,142 have recovered and 548 died while 251 are active cases.

4 in Kalimpong:

4 new cases, 2 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 4 new cases, and till today there are 7,130 confirmed cases of which 7,049 have recovered, 54 died and 27 are active cases.

5 in Alipurduar:

5 new cases, 4 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 5 new cases, and till today there are 15,721 confirmed cases of which 15,570 have recovered and 102 died while 49 are active cases.

10 in Coochbehar: 

10 new cases, 11 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 10 new cases, and till today there are 29,646 confirmed cases of which 29,422 have recovered, 97 died and 127 are active cases.

15 in Jalpaiguri: 

15 new cases, 14 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 15 new cases, and till today there are 42,425 confirmed cases of which 589 died while 41,673 have recovered and 163 are active cases.

2 in Uttar Dinajpur:

2 new cases, 5 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 2 new cases, and till today, there are 20,063 confirmed cases of which 240 died while 19,770 have recovered and 53 are active cases.

12 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

12 new cases 15 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 12 new cases, and till today there are 18,501 confirmed cases of which 175 died while 18,153 have recovered and 173 are active cases.

6 in Malda:  

6 new cases 9 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 6 new cases, and till today there are 33,712 confirmed cases of which 33,425 have recovered and 188 died and 99 are active.
