KalimNews, Kalimpong, 4 June 2021: Report received from the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of North Bengal including all five districts of north Bengal including Gorkhaland Territorial Administration during the last 24 hours is as follows:
12 Death:
Death of 4 in Darjeeling, 5 in Jalpaiguri, 3 in Uttar Dinajpur is recorded during the last 24 hours.
444 in Darjeeling:
During the last 48 hours 444 new cases, 779 release is reported from Darjeeling. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Darjeeling district records 444 new cases, 44662 confirmed cases of which 41718 have recovered and 384 died while 2560 are active cases.
79 in Kalimpong:
79 new cases, 108 release reported from Kalimpong. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Kalimpong district records 79 new cases, 4958 confirmed cases of which 4549 have recovered, 36 died and 373 are active cases.
199 in Alipurduar:
199 new cases, 221 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Alipurduar records 199 new cases, 12636 confirmed cases of which 11739 have recovered and 94 died while 803 are active cases.
250 in Coochbehar:
250 new cases, 374 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Coochbehar records 250 new cases, 22331 confirmed cases of which 20975 have recovered, 84 died and 1272 are active cases.
510 in Jalpaiguri:
510 new cases, 726 release reported from Jalpaiguri. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Jalpaiguri records 510 new cases, 32602 confirmed cases of which 397 died while 29727 have recovered and 2478 are active cases.
105 in Uttar Dinajpur:
105 new cases, 217 release reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Uttar Dinajpur records 105 new cases, 17801 confirmed cases of which 198 died while 16908 have recovered and 695 are active cases.
111 in Dakshin Dinajpur:
111 new cases, 195 release reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Dakshin Dinajpur records 111 new cases, 15656 confirmed cases of which 149 died while 14867 have recovered and 640 are active cases.
58 in Malda:

Jalpaiguri records 510 new cases, 32602 confirmed cases of which 397 died while 29727 have recovered and 2478 are active cases.
Uttar Dinajpur records 105 new cases, 17801 confirmed cases of which 198 died while 16908 have recovered and 695 are active cases.
Dakshin Dinajpur records 111 new cases, 15656 confirmed cases of which 149 died while 14867 have recovered and 640 are active cases.
