KalimNews, Kalimpong, 2 November: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

2 Death:
Death of 1 in Jalpaiguri, 1 in Dakshin Dinajpur, is recorded during the last 24 hours.

22 in Darjeeling:
During the last 48 hours 22 new cases, 28 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 22 new cases, and till today there are 57,182 confirmed cases of which 56,383 have recovered and 539 died while 260 are active cases.

6 in Kalimpong:
6 new cases, 3 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 6 new cases, and till today there are 7,044 confirmed cases of which 6,956 have recovered, 54 died and 34 are active cases.

4 in Alipurduar:
4 new 5 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 4 new cases, and till today there are 15,597 confirmed cases of which 15,451 have recovered and 102 died while 44 are active cases.

16 in Coochbehar: 
16 new cases, 12 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 16 new cases, and till today there are 29,301 confirmed cases of which 29,084 have recovered, 97 died and 120 are active cases.

14 in Jalpaiguri: 
14 new cases, 16 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 14 new cases, and till today there are 42,010 confirmed cases of which 573 died while 41,288 have recovered and 149 are active cases.

11 in Uttar Dinajpur:
11 new cases, 6 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 11 new cases, and till today, there are 19,871 confirmed cases of which 239 died while 19,571 have recovered 61 are active cases.

27 in Dakshin Dinajpur:
27 new cases, 16 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 27 new cases, and till today there are 17,930 confirmed cases of which 171 died while 17,604 have recovered and 155 are active cases.

7 in Malda:  
7 new cases, 12 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 7 new cases, and till today there are 33,434 confirmed cases of which 33,143 have recovered and 186 died and 105 are active.
