KalimNews, Kalimpong, 6 October: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

33 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 33 new cases, 37 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 33 new cases, and till today there are 56,444 confirmed cases of which 55,543 have recovered and 531 died while 370 are active cases.

7 in Kalimpong:

7 new cases, 8 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 7 new cases, and till today there are 6,954 confirmed cases of which 6,823 have recovered, 54 died and 77 are active cases.

7 in Alipurduar:

7 new 7 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 7 new cases, and till today there are 15,474 confirmed cases of which 15,299 have recovered and 101 died while 74 are active cases.

13 in Coochbehar: 

13 new cases, 16 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 13 new cases, and till today there are 28,971 confirmed cases of which 28,716 have recovered, 96 died and 159 are active cases.

13 in Jalpaiguri: 

13 new cases, 23 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 13 new cases, and till today there are 41,585 confirmed cases of which 565 died while 40,799 have recovered and 221 are active cases.

1 in Uttar Dinajpur:

1 new cases, 3 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 1 new cases, and till today, there are 19,713 confirmed cases of which 235 died while 19,453 have recovered 25 are active cases.

17 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

17 new cases, 13 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 17 new cases, and till today there are 17,532 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 17,228 have recovered and 135 are active cases.

6 in Malda:  

6 new cases, 11 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 6 new cases, and till today there are 33,207 confirmed cases of which 32,912 have recovered and 186 died and 109 are active.
