Number of Covid patients in the eight districts of North Bengal

KalimNews, Kalimpong, 24 July 2020: The daily increase in the new cases of Covid in north Bengal has been increasing in an alarming rate. Many specialists have stated that community transmission has already been started and its been detected slowly.

Today’s daily state bulletin that reflects the report of the last 24 hours, stated that Darjeeling district including Siliguri has 1621 confirmed cases of which 1078 have recovered and 15 died while 528 are active cases. 

Similarly Kalimpong district has 74 confirmed cases of which 58 have recovered, 1 died and 15 are active cases. 

Alipurduar has 236 confirmed cases of which 210 have recovered and 1 died while 25 are active cases. 

Jalpaiguri has 1011 confirmed cases of which 7 died while 627 have recovered and 377 are active cases. 

Coochbehar has 507 confirmed cases of which 386 have recovered, 1 died and 120 are active cases. 

Malda has 1993 confirmed cases of which 1496 have recovered and 7 died and 490 are active cases.

Uttar Dinajpur has 827 confirmed cases of which 474 have recovered and 3 died and 350 are active cases.

Dakshin Dinajpur has 935 confirmed cases of which 539 have recovered and 5 died and 391 are active cases.
