PM Modi to Visit Manipur, Mizoram, Assam, Bihar, West Bengal

PTI, JUNAGADH, SEPT 12, 2025 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi will offer a healing touch to Manipur today and inaugurate a railway network project in Mizoram. He will lay foundation stones and inaugurate multiple development projects worth over ₹9,000 crore in Aizawl. He will also address a public function there.

The Prime Minister will then visit poll-bound Assam, where he will participate in the celebrations of the 100th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhupen Hazarika in Guwahati. He will also address a meeting on the occasion.

On Sunday, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of major infrastructure and industrial development projects worth over ₹18,530 crore in Assam. Modi will lay the foundation stone of various projects at Darrang and address a public function. Thereafter, he will inaugurate Assam Bio-Ethanol Private Limited, Numaligarh Refinery Plant at Golaghat. He will also lay the foundation stone of a Polypropylene Plant at Golaghat.

On Monday, the Prime Minister will visit West Bengal and inaugurate the 16th Combined Commanders’ Conference – 2025 in Kolkata, the headquarters of the Eastern Command of the Army.
