Lok Adalat in Kalimpong held

YOWAN MOTHAY, EOI, KALIMPONG, FEBRUARY 11, 2023 : A National Lok Adalat under the Alternative Dispute Resolution system was held in Kalimpong on Saturday. Issues related to vehicle accidents, disputes over electricity bills, violation of traffic rules and issue of challans, disputes over BSNL bills and bank loans were discussed. The attendance at the Lok Adalat was satisfactory and many cases were resolved.

The Bench comprised District Legal Service Authority Secretary Bishal Mangrati, Judicial Magistrate from Gorubathan Court, Bidusi Tshiring Lepcha, Senior Advocate Rajeev Parajuli and Social Worker Roma Moktan.
