KalimNews, Kalimpong, 7 January 22: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

2 Death:
Death of 1 in Jalpaiguri and 1 in Dakshin Dinajpur is recorded during the last 24 hours.

250 in Darjeeling:
During the last 24 hours 250 new cases, 87 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 250 new cases, and till today there are 59,262 confirmed cases of which 58,094 have recovered and 555 died while 613 are active cases.

15 in Kalimpong:
15 new cases, 5 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 15 new cases, and till today there are 7,218 confirmed cases of which 7,129 have recovered, 55 died and 34 are active cases.

19 in Alipurduar:
19 new cases, 8 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 19 new cases, and till today there are 15,854 confirmed cases of which 15,699 have recovered and 102 died while 53 are active cases.

77 in Coochbehar: 
77 new cases, 15 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 77 new cases, and till today there are 30,079 confirmed cases of which 29,839 have recovered, 99 died and 141 are active cases.

112 in Jalpaiguri: 
112 new cases, 41 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 112 new cases, and till today there are 43,137 confirmed cases of which 595 died while 42,258 have recovered and 284 are active cases.

95 in Uttar Dinajpur:
95 new cases, 27 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 95 new cases, and till today, there are 20,434 confirmed cases of which 241 died while 19,984 have recovered and 209 are active cases.

74 in Dakshin Dinajpur:
74 new cases 22 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 74 new cases, and till today there are 18,928 confirmed cases of which 177 died while 18,584 have recovered and 167 are active cases.

277 in Malda:  
277 new cases 85 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 277 new cases, and till today there are 34,795 confirmed cases of which 33,975 have recovered and 188 died and 632 are active.
