Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

Death of 1 in Darjeeling, 1 in Alipurduar and 2 in Jalpaiguri is recorded during the last 24 hours.

267 in Darjeeling:

During the last 24 hours 267 new cases, 425 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 267 new cases, and till today there are 67,857 confirmed cases of which 65,792 have recovered and 573 died while 1,492 are active cases.

48 in Kalimpong:

48 new cases, 61 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 48 new cases, and till today there are 8,272 confirmed cases of which 7,992 have recovered, 57 died and 223 are active cases.

51 in Alipurduar:

51 new cases 140 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 51 new cases, and till today there are 18,098 confirmed cases of which 17,538 have recovered and 106 died while 454 are active cases.

132 in Coochbehar: 

132 new cases, 194 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 132 new cases, and till today there are 33,201 confirmed cases of which 32,407 have recovered, 101 died and 693 are active cases.

176 new cases, 284 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 176 new cases, and till today there are 48,520 confirmed cases of which 618 died while 46,907 have recovered and 995 are active cases.

54 in Uttar Dinajpur:

54 new cases, 181 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 54 new cases, and till today, there are 24,781 confirmed cases of which 257 died while 23,947 have recovered and 577 are active cases.

67 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

67 new cases 166 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur.
