KalimNews, Kalimpong, 26 October: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

22 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 22 new cases, 30 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 22 new cases, and till today there are 56,998 confirmed cases of which 56,173 have recovered and 538 died while 287 are active cases.

1 in Kalimpong:

1 new cases, 4 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 1 new cases, and till today there are 7,021 confirmed cases of which 6,930 have recovered, 54 died and 37 are active cases.

3 in Alipurduar:

3 new 5 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 5 new cases, and till today there are 15,564 confirmed cases of which 15,416 have recovered and 102 died while 46 are active cases.

11 in Coochbehar: 

11 new cases, 13 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 11 new cases, and till today there are 29,219 confirmed cases of which 28,994 have recovered, 97 died and 128 are active cases.

10 in Jalpaiguri: 

10 new cases, 17 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 10 new cases, and till today there are 41,894 confirmed cases of which 566 died while 41,171 have recovered and 157 are active cases.

5 in Uttar Dinajpur:

5 new cases, 6 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 5 new cases, and till today, there are 19,821 confirmed cases of which 236 died while 19,526 have recovered 59 are active cases.

6 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

6 new cases, 15 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 6 new cases, and till today there are 17,799 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 17,495 have recovered and 135 are active cases.

9 in Malda:  

9 new cases, 7 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 9 new cases, and till today there are 33,339 confirmed cases of which 33,084 have recovered and 186 died and 69 are active.
