KalimNews, Kalimpong, 15 October: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

1 Death:

Death of 1 in Darjeeling is recorded during the last 24 hours.

19 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 19 new cases, 22 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 19 new cases, and till today there are 56,719 confirmed cases of which 55,836 have recovered and 536 died while 347 are active cases.

1 in Kalimpong:

1 new cases, 4 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 1 new cases, and till today there are 6,994 confirmed cases of which 6,877 have recovered, 54 died and 63 are active cases.

3 in Alipurduar:

3 new 4 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 3 new cases, and till today there are 15,524 confirmed cases of which 15,357 have recovered and 101 died while 66 are active cases.

12 in Coochbehar: 

12 new cases, 10 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 12 new cases, and till today there are 29,087 confirmed cases of which 28,841 have recovered, 97 died and 149 are active cases.

13 in Jalpaiguri: 

13 new cases, 15 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 13 new cases, and till today there are 41,746 confirmed cases of which 566 died while 40,915 have recovered and 205 are active cases.

2 in Uttar Dinajpur:

2 new cases, 2 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 2 new cases, and till today, there are 19,739 confirmed cases of which 235 died while 19,472 have recovered 32 are active cases.

4 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

4 new cases, 10 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 4 new cases, and till today there are 17,650 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 17,341 have recovered and 140 are active cases.

6 in Malda:  

6 new cases, 6 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 6 new cases, and till today there are 33,277 confirmed cases of which 32,994 have recovered and 186 died and 97 are active.
