KalimNews, Kalimpong, 3 September: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

0 Death:

49 in Darjeeling:
During the last 48 hours 49 new cases, 61 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 49 new cases, and till today there are 55,315 confirmed cases of which 54065 have recovered and 518 died while 732 are active cases.

12 in Kalimpong:
12 new cases, 12 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 12 new cases, and till today there are 6,740 confirmed cases of which 6,542 have recovered, 52 died and 146 are active cases.

8 in Alipurduar:
8 new cases, 11 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 8 new cases, and till today there are 15,240 confirmed cases of which 15,007 have recovered and 99 died while 134 are active cases.

21 in Coochbehar: 
21 new cases, 28 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 21 new cases, and till today there are 28,525 confirmed cases of which 28,089 have recovered, 95 died and 341 are active cases.

20 in Jalpaiguri: 
20 new cases, 31 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 20 new cases, and till today there are 40,894 confirmed cases of which 553 died while 39, 972 have recovered and 369 are active cases.

8 in Uttar Dinajpur:
8 new cases, 6 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 8 new cases, and till today, there are 19,628 confirmed cases of which 235 died while 19,318 have recovered 75 are active cases.

7 in Dakshin Dinajpur:
7 new cases, 9 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 7 new cases, and till today there are 17,153 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 16,873 have recovered and 111 are active cases.

6 in Malda:  
6 new cases, 6 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 6 new cases, and till today there are 32,838 confirmed cases of which 32,581 have recovered and 185 died and 72 are active.
