KalimNews, Kalimpong, 6 September: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:
1 Death:
Death of 1 in Jalpaiguri is recorded during the last 24 hours.
28 in Darjeeling:
During the last 48 hours 28 new cases, 52 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 28 new cases, and till today there are 55,405 confirmed cases of which 54,235 have recovered and 518 died while 652 are active cases.
11 in Kalimpong:
11 new cases, 10 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 11 new cases, and till today there are 6,761 confirmed cases of which 6,576 have recovered, 52 died and 133 are active cases.
5 in Alipurduar:
5 new cases, 10 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 5 new cases, and till today there are 15,262 confirmed cases of which 15,039 have recovered and 99 died while 124 are active cases.
13 in Coochbehar:
13 new cases, 24 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 13 new cases, and till today there are 28,564 confirmed cases of which 28,168 have recovered, 95 died and 301 are active cases.
8 in Jalpaiguri:
8 new cases, 26 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 8 new cases, and till today there are 40,936 confirmed cases of which 554 died while 40, 058 have recovered and 324 are active cases.
1 in Uttar Dinajpur:
1 new cases, 6 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 1 new cases, and till today, there are 19,645 confirmed cases of which 235 died while 19,337 have recovered 73 are active cases.
14 in Dakshin Dinajpur:
14 new cases, 9 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 14 new cases, and till today there are 17,188 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 16,901 have recovered and 118 are active cases.
4 in Malda:
4 new cases, 6 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 4 new cases, and till today there are 32,858 confirmed cases of which 32,599 have recovered and 185 died and 74 are active.
