KalimNews, Kalimpong, 30 Aug 2021: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

52 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 52 new cases, 57 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 52 new cases, and till today there are 55,126 confirmed cases of which 53818 have recovered and 516 died while 792 are active cases.

6 in Kalimpong:

6 new cases, 12 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 6 new cases, and till today there are 6,712 confirmed cases of which 6,494 have recovered, 51 died and 167 are active cases.

8 in Alipurduar:

8 new cases, 11 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 8 new cases, and till today there are 15,216 confirmed cases of which 14,961 have recovered and 99 died while 156 are active cases.

17 in Coochbehar: 

17 new cases, 28 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 17 new cases, and till today there are 28,457 confirmed cases of which 27,975 have recovered, 95 died and 387 are active cases.

10 in Jalpaiguri: 

10 new cases, 32 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 10 new cases, and till today there are 40,826 confirmed cases of which 552 died while 39, 845 have recovered and 429 are active cases.

3 in Uttar Dinajpur:

3 new cases, 5 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 3 new cases, and till today, there are 19,606 confirmed cases of which 235 died while 19,297 have recovered 74 are active cases.

14 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

14 new cases, 8 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 14 new cases, and till today there are 17,119 confirmed cases of which 168 died while 16,838 have recovered and 113 are active cases.

7 in Malda:  

7 new cases, 5 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 7 new cases, and till today there are 32,821 confirmed cases of which 32,5557 have recovered and 185 died and 79 are active.
