Asymptomatic patients do not need specialized care, and for them, safe homes are the best option.
The government's safe Homes/Satellite Facility accommodates those who do not have space at home for isolation or home quarantine.
Safe Homes/Satellite Facilities also have the provision of regular visits by medical officers to assess the patient’s condition and cause timely referral to a specialized COVID hospital facility, if required.
For applying for admission in a government and government requisitioned hospital, an online form for admission may be filled by clicking on at https://excise.wb.gov.in/CHMS/Public/Page/CHM S_Public_Safe_Home_Bed_Availability.aspx.
For filling online forms for admission, one must have a COVID positive report applicable as per recent protocol ordered by the health department ready in hand and the mobile number provided at the time of conducting RT PCR tests.
