KalimNews, Kalimpong, 27 July 2021: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

5 Death:
Death of 1 in Darjeeling, 4 in Jalpaiguri, district is recorded during the last 24 hours.

77 in Darjeeling:
During the last 48 hours 77 new cases, 73 releases are reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 77 new cases, and till today there are 53109   confirmed cases of which 51,378 have recovered and 491 died while 1240 are active cases.

7 in Kalimpong:
7 new cases, 17 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 7 new cases, and till today there are 6160 confirmed cases of which 5,894 have recovered, 39 died and 227 are active cases.

15 in Alipurduar:
15 new cases, 20 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 15 new cases, and till today there are 14,786 confirmed cases of which 14412 have recovered and 99 died while 275 are active cases.

40 in Coochbehar: 
40 new cases, 46 releases reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 40 new cases, and till today there are 27,397 confirmed cases of which 26,675 have recovered, 93 died and 629 are active cases.

36 in Jalpaiguri: 
36 new cases, 50 releases reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 36 new cases, and till today there are 39,607 confirmed cases of which 529 died while 38,403 have recovered and 675 are active cases.

7 in Uttar Dinajpur:
7 new cases, 10 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 7 new cases, and till today, there are 19,384 confirmed cases of which 233 died while 19,016 have recovered 135 are active cases.

2 in Dakshin Dinajpur:
2 new cases, 9 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 2 new cases, and till today there are 16,879 confirmed cases of which 167 died while 16,594 have recovered and 118 are active cases.

5 in Malda:  
5 new cases, 5 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 5 new cases, and till today there are 32,636 confirmed cases of which 32,379 have recovered and 184 died and 73 are active.
