KalimNews, Kalimpong, 1 July 2021: Daily report received from the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of North Bengal including all five districts of north Bengal including Gorkhaland Territorial Administration during the last 24 hours states the followings:

8 Death:

Death of 4 in Darjeeling, 1 in Alipurduar, 3 in Jalpaiguri, district is recorded during the last 24 hours.

135 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 135 new cases, 153 release is reported from Darjeeling. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Darjeeling district records 135 new cases, 50843 confirmed cases of which 48595 have recovered and 459 died while 1789 are active cases.

20 in Kalimpong:

20 new cases, 20 release reported from Kalimpong. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Kalimpong district records 20 new cases, 5678 confirmed cases of which 5421 have recovered, 38 died and 219 are active cases.

29 in Alipurduar:

29 new cases, 33 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Alipurduar records 29 new cases, 14212 confirmed cases of which 13764 have recovered and 99 died while 349 are active cases.

87 in Coochbehar:

52 in Uttar Dinajpur:
