KalimNews, Kalimpong, 13 June 2021: Daily report received from the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of North Bengal including all five districts of north Bengal including Gorkhaland Territorial Administration during the last 24 hours states the followings:

11 Death:

Death of 5 in Darjeeling, 2 in Jalpaiguri, 2 in Uttar Dinajpur, 2 in Dakshin Dinajpur district is recorded during the last 24 hours.

230 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 230 new cases, 172 release is reported from Darjeeling. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Darjeeling district records 230 new cases, 47593 confirmed cases of which 46073 have recovered and 411 died while 1109 are active cases.

28 in Kalimpong:

28 new cases, 19 release reported from Kalimpong. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Kalimpong district records 28 new cases, 5288 confirmed cases of which 5123 have recovered, 37 died and 128 are active cases.

56 in Alipurduar:

56 new cases, 48 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Alipurduar records 56 new cases, 13567 confirmed cases of which 13070 have recovered and 94 died while 403 are active cases.
