KalimNews, Kalimpong, 23 June 2021: Daily report received from the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of North Bengal including all five districts of north Bengal including Gorkhaland Territorial Administration during the last 24 hours states the followings:

7 Death:

Death of 6 in Darjeeling, 1 in Jalpaiguri district is recorded during the last 24 hours.

1 in Kalimpong, 1 in Alipurduar,, 2 in Coochbehar, and., 1 in Malda 2 in Uttar Dinajpur, 2 in Dakshin Dinajpur,

169 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 169 new cases, 143 release is reported from Darjeeling. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Darjeeling district records 169 new cases, 49559 confirmed cases of which 47379 have recovered and 447 died while 1733 are active cases.

19 in Kalimpong:

19 new cases, 21 release reported from Kalimpong. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Kalimpong district records 19 new cases, 5537 confirmed cases of which 5277 have recovered, 37 died and 223 are active cases.

28 in Alipurduar:

28 new cases, 41 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Alipurduar records 28 new cases, 14008 confirmed cases of which 13478 have recovered and 96 died while 434 are active cases.

86 in Coochbehar: 

86 new cases, 73 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Coochbehar records 86 new cases, 25273 confirmed cases of which 24129 have recovered, 89 died and 1055 are active cases.

134 in Jalpaiguri: 

134 new cases, 113 release reported from Jalpaiguri. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Jalpaiguri records 134 new cases, 37462 confirmed cases of which 482 died while 35582 have recovered and 1398 are active cases.

26 in Uttar Dinajpur:
