2)Thunder squall with windspeed reaching 50-60 kmph likely to occur over Andaman & Nicobars Islands.

3)Thunder storm with lightning & gusty wind (speed reaching 30-40 kmph) likely to occur over Sikkim and the districts of SubHimalayan West Bengal.

4)Thunder storm with lightning likely to occur at one or two places over Odisha, Bihar.

1) Heavy to very heavy rain (7-20cm) likely to occur at one or two places over Odisha and East & West Midnapore, North & South 24 Parganas, Howrah, Hooghly districts of Gangetic West Bengal.

2)Heavy rain (7-11cm) likely to occur at one or two places over Jharkhand and Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Kolkata, Bankura, Jhargram districts of West Bengal.

3)Thunder storm with lightning & gusty wind (speed reaching 40-50 kmph) likely to occur at one or two places over Jharkhand.

THE 23RD MAY MORNING. IT IS VERY LIKELY MOVE NORTH-NORTHWESTWARDS. INTENSIFY INTO A CYCLONIC STORM BY 24TH MAY AND FURTHER INTO A VERY SEVERE CYCLONIC STORM DURING SUBSEQUENT 24 HOURS. IT WOULD CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTH-NORTHWESTWARDS. INTENSIFY FURTHER AND REACH NORTH BAY OF BENGAL NEAR WEST BENGAL AND ADJOINING NORTH ODISHA & BANGLADESH COASTS AROUND 26 " MAY MORNING.
