KalimNews, Kalimpong, 13 May 2021: Report received from the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of North Bengal including all five districts of north Bengal including Gorkhaland Territorial Administration during the last 24 hours is as follows:

20 Death:

Death of 6 in Darjeeling, 8 in Jalpaiguri, 5 in Uttar Dinajpur, 1 in Dakshin Dinajpur district is recorded during the last 24 hours.

575 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 575 new cases, 629 release is reported from Darjeeling. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Darjeeling district records 575 new cases, 31294 confirmed cases of which 27068 have recovered and 288 died while 3938 are active cases.

42 in Kalimpong:

42 new cases, 43 release reported from Kalimpong. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Kalimpong district records 42 new cases, 3372 confirmed cases of which 2927 have recovered, 31 died and 414 are active cases.

100 in Alipurduar:

100 new cases, 47 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Alipurduar records 100 new cases, 9445 confirmed cases of which 8551 have recovered and 91 died while 803 are active cases.

300 in Coochbehar: 

300 new cases, 204 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 Coochbehar records 300 new cases, 16570 confirmed cases of which 14990 have recovered, 75 died and 1505 are active cases.

494 in Jalpaiguri: 

494 new cases, 298 release reported from Jalpaiguri. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Jalpaiguri records 494 new cases, 21856 confirmed cases of which 256 died while 19270 have recovered and 2330 are active cases.

289 in Uttar Dinajpur:

289 new cases, 289 release reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Uttar Dinajpur records 289 new cases, 13404 confirmed cases of which 127 died while 11547 have recovered and 1730 are active cases.

174 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

174 new cases, 216 release reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Dakshin Dinajpur records 174 new cases, 12422 confirmed cases of which 105 died while 11033 have recovered and 1284 are active cases.

446 in Malda:  

446 new cases, 571 release reported today from Malda. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Malda records 446 new cases, 27789 confirmed cases of which 24925 have recovered and 175 died and 2689 are active cases.

Today’s daily state bulletin regarding the report of the last 24 hrs and from the beginning till today stated that Darjeeling district records 575 new cases, 31294 confirmed cases of which 27068 have recovered and 288 died while 3938 are active cases.

Similarly Kalimpong district records 42 new cases, 3372 confirmed cases of which 2927 have recovered, 31 died and 414 are active cases.

Alipurduar records 100 new cases, 9445 confirmed cases of which 8551 have recovered and 91 died while 803 are active cases.

Uttar Dinajpur records 289 new cases, 13404 confirmed cases of which 127 died while 11547 have recovered and 1730 are active cases.

Dakshin Dinajpur records 174 new cases, 12422 confirmed cases of which 105 died while 11033 have recovered and 1284 are active cases.

Malda records 446 new cases, 27789 confirmed cases of which 24925 have recovered and 175 died and 2689 are active cases.
