KalimNews, Kalimpong, 27 April 2021: Report received from the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of North Bengal including all five districts of north Bengal including Gorkhaland Territorial Administration during the last 48 hours is as follows:

13 Death:

Death of 3 in Darjeeling, 5 in Jalpaiguri, 2 in Uttar Dinajpur, 2 in Dakshin Dinajpur and 1 in Malda district is recorded during the last 48 hours.

395 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 395 new cases, 245 release is reported from Darjeeling. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 48 hour Darjeeling district records 395 new cases, 23095 confirmed cases of which 20375 have recovered and 220 died while 2500 are active cases.

77 in Kalimpong:

77 new cases, 22 release reported from Kalimpong. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 48 hour Kalimpong district records 77 new cases, 2612 confirmed cases of which 2351 have recovered, 28 died and 233 are active cases.

214 in Alipurduar:

214 new cases, 16 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 48 hour Alipurduar records 214 new cases, 8287 confirmed cases of which 7829 have recovered and 87 died while 371 are active cases.

203 in Coochbehar:
