Teachers' body gives memorandum to DM to regularise Internet
It has been more than a month that the government has halted Internet services.
"Students have to register online for Madhyamik, HS, ICSE, ISC and other boards.
Without Internet, they will not be able to do so. Their future will be jeopardised. We have requested the District Magistrate to regularise services.
She has assured us that she will communicate the matter to the higher authorities," stated Amit Thapa, am member of the association.
Meanwhile, Hill boarding schools have decided to start coaching classes for students appearing for ICSE and ISC examinations in 2018.
For the boarders, the coaching classes will be held in Siliguri.
