Fashion Show to build the spoiling relationship between India and Nepal

EOI, Siliguri 6 Dec 2015: To build the spoiling relationship between India and Nepal after the alleged economic blockade and Madeshi movement inside Nepal, fashion designer Alka Sharma have decided to organize Indo-Nepal Ethnic Fashion Show.
During the three days Terai Orange Festival 2015 starting from December 11, at Indo-Nepal border Lohagarh, Alka's ethnic fashion show will end the festival on 13th by tying the age long traditional relationship between the two nations through fashion walk.
The models of both the nations wearing ethnic fusion attires of Nepal and India will walk on ramp to spread the message of peace and love and cultural ties.
Fashion designer Alka Sharma who have already earned fame in India, Nepal, US, Japan by showcasing her collections in the international fashion shows says that Nepal and India shares culture, tradition and to spread peace message fashion show is being held at Lohagarh along Indo-Nepal border.
The Terai Orange Festival organizing secretary FulmanTamang said, "To highlight the hidden paradise Lohagarh that has potentials to explore eco-tourism three days festival is being held and fashion show will be the attraction of the three days festival where designer Alka Sharma will showcase her collections spreading message of peace and love among people of India and Nepal"
Well known hair dresser SalimPradhan who decided to provide free make-up and hair dressing for the models says that for the sake of peace and love among India and Nepal everyone should come forward.
KalpanaPokherel, singer from Nepal said that this type of festival and shows will help to bind the relationship between two nations in a stronger way.
The three days festival is organized by Lohagarh Tea Estate and initiated by Darjeeling Friends of Environment Social Welfare Society.
