12-year-old girl molested in Bagdogra
PRASHANT ACHARYA, EOI, Siliguri, 27 Oct 2014: A 12-year-old girl was allegedly molested by a youth of Bagdogra.
The incident occurred last evening when the girl was alone in the house and the youth allegedly committed an offence at Gajadhar Pally, Upper Bagdogra.
Bagdogra police have registered a complaint after the mother of the victim alleged molestation and attempted rape of her daughter by Raju Shah (26).
Sonam Lama, Officer-in-charge of Bagdogra police station said that Raju and his family members are absconding and the police are trying to trace their hideouts.
He also said Lama also said that there is another complaint against Raju for allegedly molesting an eight-year-old girl of Bagdogra.
