Recruitment workshop for Dooars youths

indian armySNS, Siliguri, 23 September: Around 300 youths from Hasimara, Kalchini, Jaigaon and Alipurduar in the Dooars in Jalpaiguri attended a two-day ‘rally-cum-workshop’ organized by the Black Cat Division of the Indian Army. 
The workshop that ended today was held to create awareness among aspirants on the transparent procedures of recruitment, while it also aimed at training and screening probable candidates for a basic pre-recruitment training capsule that is scheduled to be organised in December. 
“This will enable the aspirants to prepare themselves and enhance their chances of recruitment in the recruitment rally scheduled to be conducted by the ARO, Siliguri, in February 2015,” a press release issued by the Army here said today. 
The ‘rally-cum-workshop’ was declared open yesterday by Brigadier S Mohan, SM of the Black Cat Division, and Col Navin Maggo, Army Recruitment Officer, Siliguri region.
