GTA members’ bail rejected
SNS, Darjeeling, 4 December 2013: The Chief Judicial Magistrate court today rejected the bail plea of five GTA members arrested in various cases during the agitation of the Gorkha Jan Mukti Morcha.
Further, the hearing has been scheduled to 10 December. “Police have been asked to submit the case diary during the hearing,” said the assistant public prosecutor. Anuj Thapa, Anit Thapa, Mahendra Pradhan, Yogendra Rai, Pranay Thapa and Arun Sinji were produced at the CJM court today.
