कालेबुङ न्यायलयमा सभासद निमा तामाङले दिए आफ्नो उपस्थिति
डी के वाइबा, कालिमन्युज, कालेबुङ 2 दिसम्बर 2013। छुट्टै राज्य गोर्खाल्याण्ड आन्दोलनको समयमा पुलिसले दर्ता गरेको बिभिन्न मुद्दाहरुमा पक्रा परेका कालेबुङका युवा सभासद निमा तामाङलाई आज न्यायलयको निर्देश अनुसार कालेबुङ न्यायलयमा पेश गरियो। तिनलाई सिलगडी पुलिसले कालेबुङ न्यायलयमा ल्याएर आएका थिए।
कालेबुङ न्यायलयमा चलिरहेको बिभिन्न मुद्दाहरुमा तिनले अगावै जमानत पाईसकेका छन। यद्यपी कालेबुङ बाहेक अन्य स्थानहरुको मुद्दाहरुमा तिनले जमानत नपाएको कारण तिनी सिलगडीमा जेलबन्दि अवस्थामा छन। तिनी जेलबन्दि अवस्थामा रहेकै कारण कालेबुङ न्यायलयमा तिनको मुद्दा अघि बड्न सकिरहेको छैन।
यसैक्रममा कालेबुङ न्यायलयले जारी गरेको प्रोडुस वारण्टको आधारमा तिनलाई कालेबुङ न्यायलयमा पेशीको निम्ति अदालतमा ल्याईएको थियो। अदालतले दिएको निर्देश अनुसार आज कालेबुङ न्यायलयमा पेश गरेपछि पुन: तिनलाई सिलगडी न्यायलयमा लगियो।
यस अवधी तिनी न्यायलयमा आउँदा मोर्चा समर्थकहरु तिनलाई भेटन धेरै मात्रमा न्यायलय परिसरमा भेला भएका थिए। न्यायलयमा आफ्नो उपस्थिति दिन आएका तामाङले मोर्चा समर्थकहरु संग कुराकानी गरे पनि पत्रकारहरुसंग भने केही बोल्न चाहेनन।
