Gurung appeals all, strike to continue

KalimNews: Bimal Gurung has requested all the GJMM units of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Gujrat, Harayana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu, Jharkhand, Karvi Anglong, Kolkata, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, New Delhi, Punjab, Ruski, Sikkim, Tripura and Uttaranchal to have demonstrations to press for the demand of Gorkhaland at their respective places. 

In his official facebook page he has stated that the issue of Gorkhaland must be heard in all parts of the country only then it will make an impact in the Parliament. He has also stated that the strike will go on and there will be some relaxation on Independence day but it will continue after that and the agitation will be non violent. 

He has appealed all to maintain discipline in the coming days of agitation and approach him if people want ration.

He has further stated that the State Government knows that there would be no negotiation this time for Gorkhaland and that’s why they are trying to use force to silence our demand. Now we are criminals for asking for Gorkhaland. The Central government must look into this as the state has decided to use police and other forces to stop the agitation, he adds.
