He noted that while armed Left Wing Extremism has been effectively curtailed in forested regions, ideological sympathizers—whom he characterized as "dimagi Naxals" or intellectual extremists—continue to pose an institutional challenge. He urged the nation to isolate such disruptive influences and integrate the youth entirely into constructive nation-building efforts.

Defending the speech, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari described the address as a definitive milestone that revitalizes young India, reinforces national defence capabilities—particularly in hypersonic systems, drones, and cybersecurity—and bolsters indigenous prosperity.
