West Bengal to Clear Outstanding DA for 2016–2019 in One Go
The government has assured that the dues will be credited to the beneficiaries’ accounts by March 31, 2026. This benefit will cover all eligible categories, including serving employees, retired employees, family pensioners, and even include dues for deceased employees’ families.
Employees in Groups A, B, and C will receive the arrears in their GPF accounts, while Group D employees and pensioners will have the amount credited directly to their bank accounts.
This move is expected to provide relief to thousands of state government employees and pensioners, who have been awaiting the pending DA for several years.
