Blasts heard in Kashmir hours after India-Pakistan ceasefire announcement, J&K CM says

'What the hell just happened to the ceasefire? Explosions heard across Srinagar,' Abdullah posted
PTI, 10.05.25 : Explosions were heard across the city of Srinagar in Indian Kashmir on Saturday evening, hours after India and Pakistan agreed on a ceasefire, Omar Abdullah, chief minister of the federal territory, said in a post on X.

"What the hell just happened to the ceasefire? Explosions heard across Srinagar," Abdullah posted.

In another post, the chief minister shared a video in which red streaks were seen as India's air defence intercepts Pakistani drones amid blackout.

“This is no ceasefire. The air defence units in the middle of Srinagar just opened up,” he wrote.

According to ANI, a complete blackout in several border areas including Barmer and Jaislamer in Rajasthan, Ferozepur, Moga and Pathankot in Punjab.
