Weather Forecast for North Bengal and Sikkim: Light Rain/Snow Expected at one or two places

KalimNews, January 28, 2025 : In a weather update for today and tomorrow, the likelihood of light rain or snow is expected in a few locations across Sikkim, Darjeeling, Kalimpong, and Jalpaiguri. Fog is also forecasted to affect several other districts in North Bengal.

The weather warning for today indicates that light to moderate rain or snow may occur in parts of Gangtok, Gyalshing, Mangan, Namchi, Pakyong, and Soreng districts in Sikkim. Other areas in North Bengal will experience dense fog, which may reduce visibility in some places.

However, starting from January 30th, the weather is predicted to remain dry, although foggy conditions are expected to persist in the region.

Residents are advised to stay updated with the latest weather information and take necessary precautions, especially while traveling during this period.
