During a recent visit from October 23-25, a two-member team from the Ministry of Health's National Health System Resource Centre conducted a rigorous evaluation of the municipal health center, specifically at the UPHC-3 facility located in Mallikkashem Hat at Saira More. The assessment involved a thorough examination of various operational aspects, including consultations with doctors and nurses, inspections of medical supplies, and the evaluation of patient treatment protocols.

The external survey meticulously reviewed the health center's medication practices, ensuring that no expired medicines were in circulation, and assessed the overall quality of care provided to patients. Following this comprehensive evaluation, the health center received the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) certificate, a significant recognition that underscores its commitment to delivering high-quality health services.
