PRAKASH ADHIKARI, EOI, GANGTOK, JANUARY 21, 2024 : In an address to One Family One Job (OFOJ) employees, former Chief Minister of Sikkim and Sikkim Democratic Front President Pawan Chamling has assured that his party would not only regularise their jobs once SDF forms the Government in2024 but would also reinstate all those who were terminated from the OFOJ scheme under the Sikkim Krantikari Morcha government.

First, I am saddened by the situation that each and every one of you has faced in the last five years. It has not been easy I know, and the road ahead is filled with challenges, but I would like to express my solidarity and assure you that we are with you every step of the way.
" Chamling said the OFOJ scheme was formally passed in the Legislature meeting, Cabinet and Assembly according to the proper democratic and legal norms and rules, and the SDF govt had ensured that sufficient budget was allocated for salaries.
