Topper scored 99.57% in Madhyamik Pariksha 2023: 118 of 16 districts topped the list of high rank

Agencies, Kalimpong, 19 May 2023: In the Madhyamik Pariksha 2023, Devadutta Majhi has topped by scoring 697 marks followed by Subham Pal and Rifat Hassan Sarkar bagged the second position by scoring 691 marks. 

Devdatta Majhi from Katwa Durgadasi Chaudhurani Girls High School, Purba Burdwan scored a total of 697 out of 700 - 99.57%.

Subham Pal from from Purba Barddhaman Municipal School and Rifat Hassan Sarkar from from Malda Ramkrishna Mission Vivekananda Vidyamandir Malda scored 691 out of 700 - 98.7%:

The board has also announced that 6 students have ranked 3rd with a score of 690 out of 700 - 98.57%  and they are:

Arka Mandal from Taki Ramakrishna Mission High School, Saumyadeep Mallick from Berachapa Deuliya Uchcha Vidyalaya, Muhammad Sarbar Imtiaz from Ramkrishna Mission Vivekananda Vidyamandir, Mahir Hussain from Ramkrishna Mission Vivekananda Vidyamandir, Swaraj Pal from Ramkrishna Mission Vivekananda Vidyamandir, Arghadeep Saha from Ramkrishna Mission Vivekananda Vidyamandir.

This year, 6,98,627 students registered but only 6,82,321 students appeared for the WB Madhyamik Exams 2023 out of which 5,65,428 passed marking a pass percentage of 86.15%.

Amongst the Districts, East Midnapore has topped with a pass percentage of 96.81% followed by Kalimpong with a pass percentage of 94.13%. Kolkata has become the third topper with an overall pass percentage of 93.75%.

The West Bengal 10th Result 2023 has been announced by West Bengal Board in online mode and the direct link has been shared here in the article too. 118 students have scored high rank from 16 districts and 82.88% SC candidates have been successful in the WB Madhyamik Result 2023.

Malda District gave 21 Toppers, Purba Bardhaman gave 17 toppers whereas 14 Toppers are from Bankura. The list of 16 districts along with the respective number of Toppers have been discussed below:
