It’s also a matter of immense pride for Sikkim and PNG School that theirs was the first stall to be visited by the honourable PM, immediately after the inauguration. This huge responsibility was handled well by one of the team members. Owing to security concerns, only one student was allowed to be in the stall and Miss Gitanjali Chettri of class XII Science represented the Team, the School and Sikkim and received the honourable PM with full enthusiasm and joy.
The honourable PM seemed very happy knowing about the innovation explained by her. The Union Minister for Defence, Shri Rajnath Singh, the Union Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Jitendra Singh and the Mission Director, Atal Innovation Mission, Dr. Chintan Vaishnav were accompanying the honourable PM during his walk through of the selected schools, startups and ministries.
Other members of the PNG Team are Miss Sneha Kumari, Miss Aniska Rai (XII Science) and their teacher and project guide Mr. Ivan Dorjee Lepcha.
