Raju Bista seeks ‘margdarshan’ from Amit Shah

YAWAN GURUNG, EOI, MIRIK, MAY 16, 2023 : BJP M.P. of Darjeeling Raju Singh Bista on Tuesday met Union Home Minister Amit Shah “to seek his ‘margdarshan’ on important issues concerning our region and people.”
He did not give the details however of what these issues were on which he sought the counsel of the Home Minister.
“He is widely regarded and respected for never shirking away from taking decisions in national interest, no matter how difficult they may be,” Bista said in a statement.
“People of our region have firm faith in him and believe that, under his exceptional leadership, we will finally get justice.”
It may be mentioned, the Darjeeling M.P. has promised to ensure for the people of the hills a permanent political solution and is also a strong proponent for the formation of a separate state of Gorkhaland.
