ICC North Bengal explores with FNCCI business opportunities between Siliguri and Nepal

EOI, SILIGURI, MAY 13, 2023 : The Indian Chamber of Commerce North Bengal has organized an event in Nepal in association with the Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industry at Birtamode, Nepal, to explore business opportunities between India and Nepal.

Chairman ICC North Bengal Chapter Sanjay Goyal has spoken on the vast possibilities and opportunities for investment and business in north Bengal and encouraged people to come and visit north Bengal. North Bengal is business friendly, he said and encouraged people of Nepal to visit Siliguri and explore the opportunities on offer.

President FNCCI – Province 1 Tika Raj Dhakal has spoken on the vast opportunities in Nepal and also on the opportunities fo businessmen from Nepal in north Bengal. He has appreciated the efforts of ICC North Bengal to try to connect Nepal and north Bengal. He has assured that businessmen of Nepal and chambers would soon visit Siliguri to take the efforts further.

Representatives of 15 different chambers have been present in the meeting, representing sectors like Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, tea, cardamom, food processing, tourism and infrastructure. Cross-border business opportunities have been explored
