Kalimpong had less rain than last year: expected weather condition: 63% possibility of rain
KalimNews, Kalimpong, 2 August 2022: Kalimpong's total rainfall in the month of July which usually has highest rainfall is 403 mm this year, which is far less than last year's rainfall of July 2021, that was 983.5 mm. Due to less rainfall paddy planting is yet to be completed in some parts of the Kalimpong and even in some parts of the plain areas where no irrigation facility is available.
It rained in the night and there is 63% possibility of rain today. The day is foggy and today's humidity is 100 percent.
