Nanda Kirati Dewan, KalimNews, Guwahati July 23, 2022 : Assam's daughter Lochana Bastola, student of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Biswanath Charali, Sonitpur scored 499 out of 500 in class ten examination results declared by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
She is daughter of Gopal Sharma Bastola and Menaka Sharma Bastola of Madhupur, Bishwanath Chariali of Bishwanath district Assam. She is currently preparing NEET in Guwahati and aims to be a doctor in future.
She scored cent percent marks in English Language & Literature, Assamese, Basic Maths and Social Science and 99 in Science. She scored 90 marks in her 6th optional subject Information Technology.
