WB HS Exams 2023 to be held from March 14 to March 27
TT, 10 June 2022, Kolkata: The West Bengal Higher Secondary Examinations (WBHSE) 2023 will be held from March 14 to March 27, 2023. The dates were announced by Chiranjib Bhattacharya, president of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) which conducts the Class XII board examinations.
The practical exams will be conducted between December 5 and December 21, 2022.
The complete routine for WBHSE 2023 has been uploaded on the HS coincil’s official website. The written exams will be held from 10am to 1.30pm.
The Class XI exams will also be held from March 14 to March 27, 2023, from 2pm to 5.15pm for every paper. The Class XI practical examinations will be held between March 31 and April 18, 2023.
The HS 2023 exams will be based on the full syllabus. The HS 2022 syllabus had been reduced keeping in mind the pandemic situation and the associated learning loss. Unlike HS 2022, the HS 2023 will not be held in home centres. Students will be allotted examination centres as earlier.
The HS 2023 exams will begin with the language papers (Bengali, English, Hindi, Nepali, Santali, Urdu, Oriya, Punjabi, Gujarati, Telugu). The examinations will end with Statistics, Geography, Costing and Taxation and Home Management and Family Resource Management on March 27, 2023.
