The state government will control the internet in those areas from 11 am to 3.15 pm on exam days to prevent leaking of questions on WhatsApp. Secondary examination is starting from Monday. A record number of 11 lakh 26 thousand 83 students have applied to sit for the examination this time. The test will continue till March 18.
Note: The state home department, in a formal notification, said it will be applicable from 11am to 3:15pm on March 7, 8, 9, 11,, 12, 14, 15 and 16 — the days the examinations will be held.There will be no restrictions on voice calls or SMS during these blackouts.
The last test was in 2020. This time the number of candidates has increased by about 50 thousand. On Saturday, the president of the Board of Secondary Education, Kalyanmoy Gangopadhyay, said that after the mask, everyone has to take the exam. Last year, everyone passed without taking the exam. If there was a cowardly atmosphere, it was likely to happen again. In this situation all the students of the school have applied to sit for the examination. Due to this, the number of candidates may increase.
This time the number of students is 5 lakh 59 thousand. The number of students is 6 lakh 26 thousand 604. The total number of venues is 4194. Each test center will have isolation room. If an examinee suddenly falls ill, he / she can take the test at a nearby hospital. Compared to two years ago, this time 1355 test centers have increased. According to Kalyanmoybabu, the form has been filled up till January 31 with late fine. Those who did not do so were not admitted.
Secondary students will not be able to go to the toilet for the first quarter of an hour after the start of the test. The Board of Secondary Education has also taken this measure to prevent leaking of questions on WhatsApp. Question papers will be distributed at 11.45 am. The test will start at twelve and end at three. Permission to go out of the hall for bathroom or other reasons 45 minutes after the start of the match test. No one can keep mobile in the examination center except Center Incharge, Officer Incharge, Venue Supervisor, Additional Venue Supervisor and Board Representative. Side teachers and contract teachers have been excluded from the examination process. Teachers have to come to the school even if they have their own children or relatives. However, they are not allowed to enter the test center.
This time one will be able to enter the test center with the examinee. Only the first day will allow this permission. However, the guardian has to come out 30 minutes before the start of the test, that is, within 11.15 minutes. Physically handicapped, blind and deaf candidates will get 45 minutes extra time again. If anyone needs a dictator, the permission of the board should be taken in the examination center.
Not only the examinees but also the teachers cannot keep any electronic device including mobile, smart watch, calculator near during the examination. Admit whether the candidate has written his name, registration number and roll number correctly on the first page of the answer sheet. 1 hour and 15 minutes after the start of the test, anyone can submit the book if they want. However, the question paper of that examinee has to be submitted. At the end of the test, the student will get his question paper back. If necessary, an FIR has been lodged with the police station and it has been directed to report it immediately.
