Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

Death of 1 in Jalpaiguri, 1 in Malda is recorded during the last 24 hours.

27 in Darjeeling:

During the last 24 hours 27 new cases, 71 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 27 new cases, and till today there are 68,936 confirmed cases of which 67,881 have recovered and 596 died while 459 are active cases.

4 in Kalimpong:

4 new cases, 15 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 4 new cases, and till today there are 8,495 confirmed cases of which 8,343 have recovered, 57 died and 95 are active cases.

15 in Alipurduar:

15 new cases 43 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 15 new cases, and till today there are 18,828 confirmed cases of which 18,439 have recovered and 110 died while 279 are active cases.

7 in Coochbehar: 

7 new cases, 41 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 7 new cases, and till today there are 33,936 confirmed cases of which 33,881 have recovered, 106 died and 256 are active cases.

26 in Jalpaiguri: 

26 new cases, 63 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 26 new cases, and till today there are 49,496 confirmed cases of which 645 died while 48,444 have recovered and 407 are active cases.

5 in Uttar Dinajpur:

5 new cases, 24 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 5 new cases, and till today, there are 25,082 confirmed cases of which 265 died while 24,667 have recovered and 150 are active cases.

15 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

15 new cases 32 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur.
