State records 21,098 New cases, 19 death. New cases- 40 in Kalimpong, 382 in Darjeeling


KalimNews, Kalimpong, 11 January 22: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

226 in Darjeeling:
During the last 24 hours 226 new cases, 109 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 226 new cases, and till today there are 60,368 confirmed cases of which 58,489 have recovered and 555 died while 1324 are active cases.

20 in Kalimpong:
20 new cases, 9 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 20 new cases, and till today there are 7,321 confirmed cases of which 7,156 have recovered, 55 died and 110 are active cases.

70 in Alipurduar:
70 new cases 12 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 70 new cases, and till today there are 16,034 confirmed cases of which 15,738 have recovered and 102 died while 194 are active cases.

66 in Coochbehar: 
66 new cases, 23 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 58 new cases, and till today there are 30,258 confirmed cases of which 29,907 have recovered, 99 died and 252 are active cases.

134 in Jalpaiguri: 
134 new cases, 53 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 134 new cases, and till today there are 43,694 confirmed cases of which 595 died while 42,455 have recovered and 644 are active cases.

181 in Uttar Dinajpur:
181 new cases, 53 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 181 new cases, and till today, there are 21,118 confirmed cases of which 242 died while 20,162 have recovered and 714 are active cases.

128 in Dakshin Dinajpur:
128 new cases 35 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 128 new cases, and till today there are 19,357 confirmed cases of which 178 died while 18,703 have recovered and 476 are active cases.

544 in Malda:  
544 new cases 133 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 544 new cases, and till today there are 36,543 confirmed cases of which 34,464 have recovered and 188 died and 1891 are active.
