Chopper crash was result of entry into clouds due to unexpected weather change, leading to spatial disorientation of pilot, says IAF.
And it adds, "Court of Inquiry ruled out mechanical failure, sabotage or negligence as cause of chopper crash that killed CDS Gen Bipin Rawat, others."
