KalimNews, Kalimpong, 3 January 22: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:
1 Death:
Death of 1 in Kalimpong is recorded during the last 24 hours.
41 in Darjeeling:
During the last 24 hours 41 new cases, 33 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 41 new cases, and till today there are 58,590 confirmed cases of which 57,838 have recovered and 553 died while 199 are active cases.
7 in Kalimpong:
7 new cases, 3 releases and 1 death were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 7 new cases, and till today there are 7,188 confirmed cases of which 7,111 have recovered, 55 died and 22 are active cases.
1 in Alipurduar:
1 new cases, 5 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 1 new cases, and till today there are 15,799 confirmed cases of which 15,674 have recovered and 102 died while 23 are active cases.
14 in Coochbehar:
14 new cases, 13 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 14 new cases, and till today there are 29,951 confirmed cases of which 29,773 have recovered, 99 died and 79 are active cases.
14 in Jalpaiguri:
14 new cases, 21 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 14 new cases, and till today there are 42,835 confirmed cases of which 592 died while 41,125 have recovered and 118 are active cases.
3 in Uttar Dinajpur:
3 new cases, 7 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 3 new cases, and till today, there are 20,196 confirmed cases of which 241 died while 19,919 have recovered and 36 are active cases.
11 in Dakshin Dinajpur:
11 new cases 13 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 11 new cases, and till today there are 18,761 confirmed cases of which 176 died while 18,510 have recovered and 75 are active cases.
54 in Malda:
54 new cases 27 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 54 new cases, and till today there are 34,098 confirmed cases of which 33,727 have recovered and 188 died and 183 are active.
