KalimNews, Kalimpong, 18 November 21: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

1 Death:

Death of 1 in Darjeeling is recorded during the last 24 hours.

34 in Darjeeling:

During the last 24 hours 34 new cases, 29 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 34 new cases, and till today there are 57,640 confirmed cases of which 56,804 have recovered and 546 died while 290 are active cases.

5 in Kalimpong:

5 new cases, 4 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 5 new cases, and till today there are 7,106 confirmed cases of which 7,014 have recovered, 54 died and 38 are active cases.

3 in Alipurduar:

3 new cases, 54 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 3 new cases, and till today there are 15,664 confirmed cases of which 15,523 have recovered and 102 died while 39 are active cases.

15 in Coochbehar: 

15 new cases, 12 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 15 new cases, and till today there are 29,490 confirmed cases of which 29,274 have recovered, 97 died and 119 are active cases.

17 in Jalpaiguri: 

17 new cases, 13 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 17 new cases, and till today there are 42,210 confirmed cases of which 583 died while 41,497 have recovered and 130 are active cases.

7 in Uttar Dinajpur:

7 new cases, 7 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 7 new cases, and till today, there are 20,007 confirmed cases of which 240 died while 19,696 have recovered and 71 are active cases.

28 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

28 new cases 23 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 28 new cases, and till today there are 18,315 confirmed cases of which 172 died while 17,910 have recovered and 233 are active cases.

5 in Malda:  

5 new cases, 12 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 5 new cases, and till today there are 33,602 confirmed cases of which 33,306 have recovered and 187 died and 109 are active.
