KalimNews, Kalimpong, 13 October: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

1 Death:

Death of 1 in Darjeeling is recorded during the last 24 hours. 

39 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 39 new cases, 36 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 39 new cases, and till today there are 56,675 confirmed cases of which 55,787 have recovered and 535 died while 353 are active cases.

8 in Kalimpong:

8 new cases, 6 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 8 new cases, and till today there are 6,984 confirmed cases of which 6,867 have recovered, 54 died and 63 are active cases.

4 in Alipurduar:

4 new 7 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 4 new cases, and till today there are 15,518 confirmed cases of which 15,347 have recovered and 101 died while 70 are active cases.

11 in Coochbehar: 

11 new cases, 15 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 11 new cases, and till today there are 29,062 confirmed cases of which 28,818 have recovered, 97 died and 147 are active cases.

17 in Jalpaiguri: 

17 new cases, 22 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 17 new cases, and till today there are 41,723 confirmed cases of which 566 died while 40,940 have recovered and 217 are active cases.

5 in Uttar Dinajpur:

5 new cases, 2 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 5 new cases, and till today, there are 19,730 confirmed cases of which 235 died while 19,468 have recovered 27 are active cases.

24 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

24 new cases, 13 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 24 new cases, and till today there are 17,631 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 17,318 have recovered and 144 are active cases.

6 in Malda:  

6 new cases, 11 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 6 new cases, and till today there are 33,269 confirmed cases of which 32,979 have recovered and 186 died and 104 are active.
