KalimNews, Kalimpong, 1 October: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

0 Death:

28 in Darjeeling:
During the last 48 hours 28 new cases, 37 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 28 new cases, and till today there are 56,313 confirmed cases of which 55,369 have recovered and 530 died while 414 are active cases.

8 in Kalimpong:
8 new cases, 5 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 8 new cases, and till today there are 6,908 confirmed cases of which 6,790 have recovered, 53 died and 65 are active cases.

7 in Alipurduar:
7 new cases, 6 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 7 new cases, and till today there are 15,441 confirmed cases of which 15,267 have recovered and 101 died while 73 are active cases.

19 in Coochbehar: 
19 new cases, 15 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 19 new cases, and till today there are 28,910 confirmed cases of which 28,641 have recovered, 96 died and 173 are active cases.

15 in Jalpaiguri: 
15 new cases, 21 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 15 new cases, and till today there are 41,493 confirmed cases of which 564 died while 40,694 have recovered and 235 are active cases.

2 in Uttar Dinajpur:
2 new cases, 3 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 2 new cases, and till today, there are 19,706 confirmed cases of which 235 died while 19,440 have recovered 31 are active cases.

10 in Dakshin Dinajpur:
10 new cases, 12 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 10 new cases, and till today there are 17,469 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 17,169 have recovered and 131 are active cases.

22 in Malda:  
22 new cases, 11 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 22 new cases, and till today there are 33,176 confirmed cases of which 32,858 have recovered and 186 died and 132 are active.
